Dr. Jade is a 2018 Wawasee High School graduate. She grew up in Topeka before moving Syracuse. She is a Grace College 2021 alumni and graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic in 2024, where she completed advanced training in acupuncture and nutrition.
She married Michael Reyes in May of 2021 and has a puppy named Zion. They currently live in Kendallville. She loves working with patients of all ages and backgrounds!

Dr. Meleah graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic in 2016 where she completed advanced training in the field of TMJ dysfunction. She got married in October 2021 to Matthew Shull, they welcomed their first son in November 2022 and their second son in October of 2024!
